Our Project Process
From Initial Enquiry to Installation
At Oak and Almond, we believe in a seamless, transparent process that brings your vision to life. Here’s how we work with you from start to finish:

To begin, simply get in touch with us via email or our online contact form. Tell us about your project, and share how we can help bring your vision to life.

To provide an accurate quote, we may ask for a few extra details, such as rough measurements, photos of the area, and any inspirational images that reflect your ideas.

Once we’ve received the necessary information, we’ll prepare an initial quote. This will outline the costs based on your project’s scope, so you can see a clear picture of the budget.

If you're happy with the quote, we’ll issue a deposit invoice (usually 10% of the total project cost) to secure your spot in our schedule.

Once your deposit is confirmed, your project is officially booked! We’ll schedule a site survey to delve deeper into the details of your project.

Our team will visit your space to discuss your project further, review your options, and take precise measurements. This is also an opportunity to address any questions you may have and ensure we fully understand your vision.

Next, we’ll create a CAD design that represents the project to scale, so you can see exactly how it will fit in your space. You’ll receive the design for review and confirmation.

Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll proceed to the final sign-off. At this point, we’ll issue a materials invoice, and once it’s settled, we’ll order the materials for workshop construction. You’ll also receive an initial installation timeline.

As your project progresses in the workshop, we’ll keep you updated. When construction nears completion, we’ll confirm specific installation dates to ensure everything stays on track.

When construction is finished, we’ll begin installation. After the final installation, we’ll issue the remaining balance invoice, which is due upon completion.
